**Lessons are to be paid monthly in advance. You will be invoiced and can pay directly from the invoice with your credit card or you can send us an e-transfer . Please pay upon receipt of invoice. Late fees may apply.

** Any books, sheet music or necessary supplies will be added to your account.

**Lessons are held once per week, except on Stat Holidays. PA Days are not considered holidays.

**GROUP CLASSES ARE SCHEDULED FOR A SET NUMBER OF WEEKS. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR MISSED CLASSES.

**Your lesson time is reserved just for you. In direct respect of the teacher’s time and in order for the studio to maintain the costs of doing business ALL MISSED LESSONS MUST BE PAID FOR. We can try to reschedule a lesson (with sufficient notice) during a two week period around the lesson that will be missed, otherwise the lesson will be forfeited.

**We offer online lessons if the student is sick but well enough to meet with the teacher online.

** Your lesson spot is yours until the end of the school year. If you wish to discontinue your lessons please notify us. We know then we can fill the spot for the teacher. Not showing up when you wish to stop without notice will incur a lesson charge.

**In case of severe weather, we will make a decision whether or not to close the studio. We will notify you by text and email. Online lessons can be an option in these instances . If you are uncomfortable driving in some conditions we will have the teacher do a Facetime, Skype or Zoom lesson.

**We reserve the right to use a substitute teacher if the regular teacher is sick or not available. This is not a regular occurrence.
