I have read the policies listed below. By submitting this document I acknowledge that I have read and understand and abide by each of them.
*Tuition payments for each month will be billed in advance of the upcoming month and must be paid upon receipt. We accept email transfers and credit cards via telephone 356-2076. Late fees may apply. *In direct respect of the teacher's time and the studio's ability to continue business all missed lessons must be paid for. It may be possible to reschedule a missed lesson to another day a) if the teacher has the availability and b) we receive sufficient notice. We offer online lessons should you be unable to attend your in person lesson on any given week. This must be taken at your assigned lesson time.

*Extreme weather conditions or unexpected interruption of classes. Coran's will make the decision to close the studio and it will be posted on our Social Media pages . We will also attempt to contact families via email . We can schedule video lessons in many cases..

*You have been assigned a lesson spot and it is yours for the entire school year. Should you wish to discontinue your lessons we require one month of notice. You must convey your notice to the administration. An email will be sufficient.

*We do not have lessons on Statutory Holidays. We take a break during the school Christmas Holidays. PA days are NOT considered holidays.

*We do not sell or give your personal information to third parties without your express consent.

*The school reserves the right to provide a substitute teacher should the regular teacher be unavailable. This is not a regular occurence.
